Presentation of the company

Created in 1999 Valeurs 13 is active in the development of building projects sector. The company, based in Illzach, has 15 employees. From 1999 it is managed by Martin Schmitt who has 30 years of experience in the industry.

It is a regional group with presence in Rhône Alpes, specialising in high-altitude accommodation, and recent develoment in others regions.

Project Description

The Company requests 700 000 € over 24 monhts to finance the group’s development in the Ile de France, Gironde and Martinique regions: setting up agencies and recruitment. This project will be realised by the end of the year.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 343 000 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.

Some of the group’s real estate operations are partially controlled by 123IM group investment funds, which Olivier Goy (founder and chairman of the October management board) created and managed until 2014.

However, Olivier Goy is no longer operational within 123IM and has no impact on fund management. Furthermore, we remind you that October’s managers (including Olivier Goy) systematically and significantly invest in all the projects presented by October in order to align their interests with those of the lenders.
