Sonia Dos Santos and her husband Ken Yoshikawa want to buy Happa Tei restaurant. The couple personally own 6 other Japanese restaurants, rue Saint-Anne in Paris: You, Hokkaido, Guibine, Lai Lai Ken, Kintaro and Naniwa-Ya. The first one, You, was created in 2009 and the latest, Naniwa-Ya, has just been launched at the end of 2018. The restaurants are regularly refurbished.
Mr Damecour wants to sell his traditionnal restaurant valued €481 310, valuation based on standard of the market. Madam Dos santos and Mr Yoshikawa wish to borrow 467 000 € over 84 months to finance the acquisition of the underlying business of Happa Tei. The rest of the price and the works valued at €80,000 will be financed by cash contribution. This project will be realised this semester.
