The first one, You, was created in 2009 and the latest, Naniwa-Ya, has just been launched at the end of 2018. The restaurants are regularly refurbished.

Project Description

Mr Damecour wants to sell his traditionnal restaurant valued €481 310, valuation based on standard of the market. Madam Dos santos and Mr Yoshikawa wish to borrow 467 000 € over 84 months to finance the acquisition of the underlying business of Happa Tei. The rest of the price and the works valued at €80,000 will be financed by cash contribution. This project will be realised this semester.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 228 830€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
