The current shareholder wants to sell his share in the company. The sales value is based on the market standard. Rudi Schonewille asks through Santing Stralen en Conserveren B.V. €517,000 with a term of 60 months to finance a part of the acquisition. The remaining part will be financed by a contribution of €126,000 by the buyer. In addition, the buyer will acquire the assets (machinery and equipment). These assets will be held in another entity.
