Today, funds managed by 123IM have participations in the group. Olivier Goy (founder and chairman of October’s management board) created and managed 123IM until 2014. Olivier Goy is however no longer operational in 123IM and has no impact on fund management. In addition, we recall that October executives (including Olivier Goy) invest systematically and significantly in all projects presented on October in order to align their interests with those of lenders.
Created in 2010, Sandaya is active in the outdoor accomodation sector and part of the Sandaya group. The company, managed by François Georges et Xavier Guilbert has 450 employees and is based in Paris. Sandaya group is created in 2010.
The group’s main activity is the exploitaiton of campings.
The group manages 30 campings with 12 000 locations.
The company requests 2.000.000 € with 12 months of deferred repayment to finance part of the acquisition of a camping. The remaining will be financed with equity, long term debt and bonds. This financing comes together with another financing of 1.500.000€ over 48 months with 24 months of deferred payments on the Toursim Fund. The loan on the Toursim fund is not eligible to crowdlending. This project will be realised by the end of the year.
As a reminder, the October lending community supported the group in 2017 with 600k€ to finance the acquisition of a camping.
This project is a Flexible Bridge Loan, an amortizable loan with a standard commitment for the first 9 months and the possibility of early repayment at no cost for the remainder of the loan term, even in the event of refinancing by other financial institutions.
This project is a medium-term loan with a capital amortisation deferment and as such presents a different method of capital repayment than standard projects. The first 12 months, the lenders will only receive interest; the following 36 months, the lenders will receive interest and principal amortization. This principal repayment profile matches the borrower’s financing needs while allowing lenders to earn a higher amount of interest.
The amount offered on the platform is limited to 980.000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
