Created in 1985, S G A INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SA is active in the Document Management sector. The company, managed by Antonio Corbella Monrava, has 50 employees and is based in Madrid.

The company’s main activities are:

  • Document custody
  • Electronic business content management
  • Document scanning
  • Data extraction

The company works with a diversified customer base of more than 450 clients from the Banking, Insurance, Distribution or Health sectors.

Project Description

The company requests a loan of 1.300.000 € over 48 months to finance the software development, hardware and specialized workforce to develop new features of the service. This project will be realised this semester.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 637.000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.

Analyst’s Opinion

With a turnover of 5 992 748 € in 2017 and an experienced team, the company has a good track record combined with a two-digits operating margin.

The increase in profitability is related to an increase of digitalization of the company which requires less personnel costs. The forecast is based on the performance in 2017.

The borrower has a correct repayment capacity with a forecast FCCR (Fixed Charge Cover Ratio *) at 1,17 and a good financial structure, with a forecast net debt / ebitda ratio of 3,93 and a net debt / shareholder equity of 77%.

The analysis of the project leads to a credit rating of B and a 6% annual interest rate.

*The multiple of FCCR at 1,17 means that the company has a safety margin of 17% relative to its ability to repay its credit maturities.
