Presentation of the company

Réalités is the holding company of the group Realités, set up in 2003, active in the real estate development sector. The group, managed by Yoann Joubert, has 176 employees and is based in Saint herblain. The core business was the development of housing projects. With its developement, the group became an real actor of territories development.

Mr. Yoann Joubert, managing director, has overall 20 years of professional experience in the sector. He created the Realités group 15 years ago.

The company’s main activity is the development of projects between 30 and 150 lots.

 The group comes from regional to national player in France with 14 sites in France and is now chosen to develop big urbans projects.

The company works with private customers, investors.

The group is listed on Alternext since may 2014.

Project Description

The company requests a loan of 2 300 000 € over 36 months to finance works, improvements and information systems in the various agencies. This project will be realised this quarter.

As a reminder, the October lending community supported Réalités SA and the holding Doge Invest in 2016 and 2017 with 700 000 € and 1 500 000 € to finance the developement in Paris and the repayment of Lexin bonds. The two projects have been totally early repayed.

This project is a Flexible Bridge Loan, an amortizable loan with a standard commitment for the first 9 months and the possibility of early repayment at no cost for the remainder of the loan term, even in the event of refinancing by other financial institutions.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 1 000 000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
