Created in 2017, R.M Invest is active in the retail sector in non-specialised shops. The company, located in Reims, has 108 employees. Since 2019 , it has been managed by Alexandre Machet who has overall 25 years of experience in the sector.

Project description

The Company wishes to borrow €800,000 over 48 months to finance the development of the group by opening new shops. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 392 000 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.

Part of the project risk is mitigated by the shareholder’s first demand guarantee(s). We remind you that a first demand guarantee does not indicate that the company cannot default. It implies that the guarantor will be personally liable for the balance. You may lose the capital invested if the guarantor is not solvent at the time the guarantee is called.

– This is an amortising loan.

– This project is financed by individual lenders and the October fund.
