Created in 1941, Prefer S.r.l. is active in the closing systems sector. The company, managed by Ivo Finardi, has 28 employees and is based in Cerro maggiore.

Ivo Finardi, managing director, has overall 30 years of professional experience in the sector.

The company’s main activity is the development and production of locks, cylinders, keys and closing systems for the building, industrial and furnishing industries.

The company works with wholesalers of locks, manufacturers of overhead doors and manufacturers of furniture.

In 2013 the company entered in a composition with creditor procedures. In 2017, after a restructuring process mainly related to the disposal of an old and non profitabile business unit (auto spare parts), Prefer Srl had fully fullfilled the procedure requirements.

Project Description

This project is not covered by the Italian state guarantee.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 142 100 €, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
