Presentation of the company

Created in 1994 P2I is active in the buying and selling of own real estate  sector. The company, based in Angers, has 84 employees. Since 2011 it is managed by Gilles Madre who has 25 years of experience in the industry.

Projects are high-end in the historic areas of the Pays de la Loire: Angers, Le Mans, Nantes, Les Sables d’Olonne, La Baule. With the development of the group, it has now projects in Aquitaine and near Paris.

Project description

The Company requests 800 000 € over 24 months to finance the development of its activity with the support of recently opened agencies, recruitments and fees for real estate projects. This project will be realised next month. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 392 000 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. October has already supported the Group with 3 projects of which 2 are still in repayment. Current outstanding is 1 582 363 € under regular repayment.
