Created in 1996 Neo, Netherlands Geomatics & Earth Observation B.V. is active in the other research and experimental development on natural sciences and engineering  sector. The company, based in Amersfoort, has 30 employees. Since 1996 it is managed by Rober Beck who has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

Main activities:

• Detection of spatial changes 
• Information services in agriculture, infrastructure and environmental (examples: crop management; crop parcel monitoring; 5g planning; city green and solar panel monitoring) 
• Mapping and monitoring services (examples: topography updating and treemapping)

Project description

The company is borrowing €150,000 with a 60-month term for the commercialisation of their SignalEyes software. In 2020, the company borrowed €450,000 through October for the development of Signaleyes. Now the company is coming back for additional funding for the commercialisation of the system. The company needs to invest in marketing, their online visibility and business developers. This project will be realised in the coming months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to €73,500, which corresponds to the legal limits. The company has previously borrowed through October. In total once. This loan is currently being repaid. The current outstanding capital is €378,000 and is being repaid according to schedule.
