The company requests 320 000 € over 60 months to finance the buyout of 25% of the shares. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 156 800 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.
The Dutch State provides a guarantee to this company: the outstanding capital is guaranteed up to 56,25% as part of their BMKB program to support SMEs. If the company cannot repay the loan, the Dutch State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company.
