Project description
The company requests €1,650,000 over 84 months to finance the purchase of new real estate, to support growth in production and storage. The loan will be secured with a first-ranking mortgage on the property that is being acquired. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to €808,500 which is in line with the regulatory limits. October has already supported the company with 3 projects, which 3 are still in repayment. The current outstanding is €425,390 under regular repayment.
