Presentation of the company

Created in 1984 La Méditerranéenne is active in the dispensing chemist in specialised stores  sector. The company, based in Salon-De-Provence, has 11 employees. Since 2020 it is managed by Gérald Perdrix who has 40 years of experience in the industry.

Project description

Gerald Perdrix wants to sell his share in the company at a valuation based on market standard. Emna Maatoug wish to borrow 930 000 € over 84 months to finance part of the acquisition. The remaining part will be financed by simple bonds (from Arpilabe). Arpilable bonds will refinance 123IM historical bonds. This project will be realised next month The amount offered on the platform is limited to 455 700 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.

As the project presentation indicates, La Méditerranéenne uses various sources of financing, including investment vehicles advised by the 123IM group. Olivier Goy (founder and CEO of October) created and managed 123IM until 2014. Olivier Goy is however no longer operational in 123IM and has no impact on fund management. In addition, we recall that October executives (including Olivier Goy) invest systematically and significantly in all projects presented on October in order to align their interests with those of lenders.
