Project description

The company requests 330 000 € over 60 months to finance renovation, refurbishment and liquidity. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 161 700 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.

The Dutch State provides a guarantee to this company: the outstanding capital is guaranteed up to 67,5% as part of their BMKB program to support SMEs. If the company cannot repay the loan, the Dutch State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company.

Next to the state guarantee, the project benefits from a personal guarantee for 32,5% of the loan amount from the shareholder(s) / owner(s) of the company.
