Created in 2015 Hornet Laser Cladding B.V. is active in the engineering activities and related technical consultancy  sector. The company, based in Alblasserdam, has 8 employees. From 2015 it is managed by Frank Rijsdijk and Jelmer Brugman who have 20 years of experience in the industry.

• Development and production of laser clad systems (Laser cladding is a technique to repair the surface of metal parts)

Project description

The Company requests €500.000 over 48 monhts to finance its recovery from the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on its activity. During the corona crisis clients delayed their orders, leading to decrease in the 2020 result. The company has been experiencing an increase in demand and is in need for additional working capital to finance the projects. The Dutch State supports this company with a guarantee. The principal is guaranteed up to 67.5%. If the company cannot repay the loan, the State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company. This project will be realised in the next few months. 

The amount offered on the platform is limited to €245.000 which is in line with the regulatory limits.
