The seller wants to sell his share in te company at a valuation based on market standard. Hold Invest wish to borrow 547 000 € over 72 months to finance part of the acquisition. The remaining part will be financed by 100 K€ personal contibution and 525 K€ loan October This project will be realised next month The amount offered on the platform is limited to 268 020 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.
