Classroom B.V. is the holding company created in 2022 for the acquisition of Hodac B.V.

Founded in 2001 Hodac B.V. is active in the computer consultancy activities. The company, based in Drachten, has 17 employees. Since 2001 it is managed by Sietze Hospes who has 20 years of experience in the industry.

Main activities:

• Offering CAD-courses and trainings
• Consultancy services to improve design-processes                             

Project description

Hodac Beheer B.V. wants to sell their share in Hodac B.V. at a valuation based on market standard to Classroom B.V. Hodac B.V. wishes to borrow €600.000 over 60 months to finance part of the acquisition.

The remaining part will be financed by the new shareholders of Classroom B.V., with a total of €220.000 split according their stake in Classroom B.V. Among the shareholders of Classroom B.V., 40% of the shares will be owned by previous management of Hodac B.V., whereas 60% will be acquired by new shareholders. This project will be realised in the next few months

The amount offered on the platform is limited to €294.000 which is in line with the regulatory limits.
