Presentation of the company

Founded in 2000 by Jean-Christophe Courné Noléo (current Chairman of the Group), the ALSEI Group is a real estate development company specialising in the design and construction of corporate and residential real estate complexes, offering a wide range of products in three business areas:

• The ALSEI division specialises in buildings for professional use in mainland France (business parks, logistics warehouses, office buildings, turnkey projects)
• The DAVRIL division with a residential activity in mainland France
• The GOA division with a mixed activity in Reunion (business/residential)

The Alsei Group is a global real estate player that develops ambitious, complex and qualitative urban programmes that meet the objectives of the dense city, the complex city, the intelligent city, respectful of the human and environmental environmental balance.

Project description

The Company requests 2 500 000 € over 36 months to finance development of the group and backlog construction, mainly in the start-up phase of new operations. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 1 225 000 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. October has already supported the Group with 2 projects of which 1 is still in repayment. Current outstanding is 833 000 € under regular repayment.
