Presentation of the company

Created in 2017, FB Carré Sénart is active in the fast-food restaurant business under the brand name Fresh Burritos, specialized in Mexican food and particularly in burritos. The company, managed by Timothée Tronet, has 20 employees and is based in Lieusaint, inside the Carré Senart Mall.

The restaurant has about forty seats inside and is open from Monday to Sunday from 11:30 to 22:30. The average menu is 9,10€.

This is the first premium version of this “fast food burritos brand” which will be replicated with other restaurants.

In 2007, Timothé Tronet created Vekia, a business software publisher. He then created Mac-Lloyd Sport, in sport wearable sector. He created Fresh Burritos in 2011 and owns 11 branches. There are also 19 franchisees.

Project Description

The company is requesting €110,000 to finance renovation and design change work with Mexican accessories, creation of a Mexican grocery space and to increase the number of visitors, a second cash register and control terminals will be installed. This project will be completed next month.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 53900€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
