Project Description
The company requests 440.000 € with 9 months of deferred repayment to finance the second phase of its development project including the acquisition of different machinery such as milling machines or automatic cranes. This project will be realised this quarter.
As a reminder, the October lending community supported EXTRUSIONES METALICAS EUROPEA SL in November 2019 with 1.560.000 € to finance the expansion of their production plant to install a new extrusion press.
This project is a medium-term loan with a capital amortisation deferment and as such presents a different method of capital repayment than standard projects. The first 9 months, the lenders will only receive interest; the following 51 months, the lenders will receive interest and principal amortization. This principal repayment profile matches the borrower’s financing needs while allowing lenders to earn a higher amount of interest.
The amount offered on the platform is limited to 215.600 €, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
