Project description

The company requests 445 000 € over 60 months to finance the buy-in of two new shareholders. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 218 040 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. The Dutch State provides a guarantee to this company: the outstanding capital is guaranteed up to 50.56% as part of their BMKB program to support SMEs. If the company cannot repay the loan, the Dutch State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company. Next to the state guarantee, the project benefits from a personal guarantee for 49.44% of the loan amount from the shareholder(s) / owner(s) of the company. We remind you that a guarantee does not indicate that the company cannot default. It implies that the guarantor will be liable for the outstanding capital.
