Presentation of the company

Created in 2011, Esencya is active in the buying and selling of own real estate  sector. The company, based in Angers, has 75 employees. Since 2011 it is managed by Gilles Madre who has 25 years of experience in the industry.

Its main activity is the development of small and medium size projects with high added value in the heart of the cities.

Projects are high-end in the historic areas of the Pays de la Loire: Angers, Le Mans, Nantes, Les Sables d’Olonne, La Baule. With the development of the group, it has now projects in Aquitaine and near Paris.

Project description

The Company requests 1 250 000 € over 24 monhts to finance the development of its activity on new regions with recent opening of agencies in La Rochelle, Lyon, Orléans and Tours, and the opening of a new one in Annecy in 2022. This project will be realised next month. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 612 500 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. October has already supported the borrowing company’s group with 2 projects, all of which were repaid.
