Project description
The company requests 320 000 € over 36 months to finance working capital needs resulting from renovations to their restaurant & hotel. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 156 800 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. The Dutch State provides a guarantee to this company: the outstanding capital is guaranteed up to 56.25% as part of their BMKB program to support SMEs. If the company cannot repay the loan, the Dutch State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company. Next to the state guarantee, the project benefits from a personal guarantee for 43.75% of the loan amount from the shareholder(s) / owner(s) of the company. We remind you that a guarantee does not indicate that the company cannot default. It implies that the guarantor will be liable for the outstanding capital.
