These different activities of the group are spread over its 12 operating sites (7 waste treatment sites and 5 recycling sites) located in the Nord Pas de Calais region, Bourgogne and the central regionThe company works with about a hundred customers. Its customers are mainly companies and local authorities with whom the Group signs multi-year waste treatment contracts.
The waste treatment market in France is a continuously growing market due to ecological constraints. However, it remains dominated by two historical players, Suez and Veolia.
The Astradec group stands out from this competition by its well-established market shares in Nord Pas de Calais (multi-year contracts generating more than €16 million in revenue) and its expertise in waste treatment and recovery.
The group benefits from the support of institutional investors such as the Haut de France region, via convertible bonds.
The company requests 2 000 000 € to finance a partial share repurchase on its group. This project will be realised in the next few months.
This project is a Flexible Bridge Loan, an amortizable loan with a standard commitment for the first 9 months and the possibility of early repayment at no cost for the remainder of the loan term, even in the event of refinancing by other financial institutions.
