Created in 1997 Digital Development Group B.V. is active in computer programming activities. The company, based in Rotterdam, has 35 employees. Since 1997 it is managed by Vincent De Jong who has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

Project description

Cofounder wants to sell his share in the company at a valuation based on the market standard. The company wish to borrow 440 000 € over 60 months to finance part of the acquisition. The remaining part will be financed by the company’s liquidity. The deal includes a partial personal guarantee from the 2 main shareholders. The seller is selling his stake of 42% which will be acquired by the other current shareholders. This project will be realized next month. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 215 600 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.
