The company’s main activity is:

  • Provides software solutions for HR management and personal administration with a variate of modules that cover different areas as accountability, payslip, human resources, administration, etc.

The company works with a very well diversified portfolio with more than 2200 clients and it provides services to big companies, SMEs and public sector.

Project Description

The company requests 445.000 € with 12 months of deferred repayment to finance the second phase of its development projects including potentially the acquisition of small portfolios and companies. This project will be realised in the next few months.

As a reminder, the October lending community supported Carlos Castilla Ingenieros SA in May 2017 with 500.000 € to finance the acquisition of a commercial franchise unit in Seville and the Research & Development costs to finalise the new products. In November 2019 the October lending community supported Carlos Castilla Ingenieros SA with further 500.000 € to finance its development including potentially the acquisition of small portfolios and companies, same project for which the company requests additional 445.000 €.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 218.050€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
