The Dutch State provides a guarantee to this company: the outstanding capital is guaranteed up to 66.67% as part of their BMKB program to support SMEs. If the company cannot repay the loan, the Dutch State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company. Next to the state guarantee, the project benefits from a personal guarantee for 33.33% of the loan amount from the shareholder(s) / owner(s) of the company.
