Created in 1983, Bosal Nederland BV is active in the Automotive parts sector. The company, managed by Rene de Wit has 100 employees and is based in Vianen. Bosal Nederland BV is an integral part of the Bosal Goup, an established global manufacturer of automotive and industrial parts, both for the original equipment market and the aftermarket. The company works with many of the main automotive conglomerates globally.

Mr. Rene de Wit, managing director, has overall 35 years of professional experience various sectors.

The company’s main activities are:

• emission control systems for passenger vehicle and commercial vehicles 
• towbar systems energy conversion systems 
• jacks and toolkits

The company is familyowned by the Bos family, and owns and operates 12 manufacturing plants, 7 distribution centers and 5 R&D centers. The Bosal Group was created in 1923 by Karel Bos in the city of Alkmaar.

Project Description

The company requests €3.500.000 to finance the set up a new production line, associated with a long-term contract of a major manufacturer for automotive parts. The production line will be placed in one of the company’s exising European factories. This project will be realised in the next few months.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to €1.000.000, which is in line with the regulatory limits.

Please note: this project is a balloon loan, with a 3 months deferred period, followed by 32 months of amortization. The last 28% of the loan amount will be repaid at once, at the end of the term.
