Project description

The company requests 1 175 000 € over 84 months, with 1 month deferred period (see details below) to finance the purchase of real estate for own use to support growth. Besides the October loan the company will invest 290.000 euro from cash on balance in remodelling and energy efficient solutions, bringing the loan to value to approximately 80%. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 575 740 € which is in line with the regulatory limits.
