Created in 2011, Le Robinson is a traditionnal restaurant managed by Stephane Lelievre and based in ideal location in front of the “l’Almanarre Beach” near Hyères. Seafront restaurant with a beach private bar and some kite and wind surf. 

Opening hours: monday to sunday: 12:00-14:30/ 19h30-22h30. 

The restaurant has 20 outside sits and 100 inside. The average price in the menu is 43 up to 50 €. Le Robinson has 5 fixed employees to 20, according to the season. The activity is seasonal, they close 2 months a year on november and from 10 january to 10 february. The restaurant attracts both locals and tourists, individuals and groups clients.

Mr. Stephane Lelievre, managing director, has overall 30 years of professional experience in the sector. He is a close friend to the Chief Alain Ducasse. He and his wife did a hotel school in Marseille. The group is a family business hold by Mr et Mme Lelievre and their 2 child. Each child did HEC and the Lausanne Hotel School. They now are manager and financial director of the Grand hotel des Sablettes, first “Curio” Hotel in France and part of the Lelievre Group.

The Lelievre Group includes 10 Luxury hotels and restaurants in Toulon and Hyères.

Project description

The company requests 250 000 € to finance his restaurant development, Le Robinson needs a complete subsidary works in order to double his capacity and renew his interior to make a luxury place to go as the same level of Grand Hotel des Sablettes restaurant..The small equipments are self-financed by Le Robinson and the kitchen materials are new from 2 years.

The restaurant will not be closed during works. This project will be realised in the next few months.

As a reminder, the October lending community supported the Holding Stephane Group with 975 000 € to finance equipments and works for Les Pins penchés restaurants as well as the work and purchases of small furniture for Grand Hôtel des Sablettes Plage.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 122500€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
