Building & public Works
Created in 2000, the Alsei Group is a global real estate player that develops ambitious, complex, qualitative urban programs that meet the objectives of the dense city, the complex city, the intelligent city, respectful of the human and environmental balance.
Present in the Paris region and with several locations in the regions (Lyon, Lille, Nantes, Reunion Island), the Alsei Group brings together several entities, each specialized in a field of activity.
These autonomous entities constitute a group capable of intervening in all stages of real estate and urban projects, covering all business lines from design, project management and construction to post-delivery management and asset management.
The company requests 2.000.000€ with 3 months of deferred repayment to finance extension works on the headquarter, recruitment, studies on new real estate projects and material investment. This project will be realised this quarter.
As a reminder, the October lending community supported the group twice in 2017 with 150k€ and 3. 150m€ to finance studies on new real estate projects and once in 2018 with 500k€ on the holding company Finadis to finance softawre investment, recruitment and renovation works on the headquarter.
This project is a Flexible Bridge Loan, an amortizable loan with a standard commitment for the first 9 months and the possibility of early repayment at no cost for the remainder of the loan term, even in the event of refinancing by other financial institutions.
This project is a medium-term loan with a capital amortisation deferment and as such presents a different method of capital repayment than standard projects. The first 3 months, the lenders will only receive interest; the following 33 months, the lenders will receive interest and principal amortization. This principal repayment profile matches the borrower’s financing needs while allowing lenders to earn a higher amount of interest.
The amount offered on the platform is limited to 980.000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
