Geurts Mengvoeders is active in the animal feed sector since 1999.

Project description

The company is borrowing €550,000 with a term of 84 months, including a 1-month grace period and a final payment of 50% of the loan amount, to purchase the property the company is currently renting. The purchase price is €500,000, there will be €100,000 of renovations to the building. The value of the property is set at €615,000. The loan is secured by a first right of mortgage on the property. This project will be realized in the coming months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to €269,500 which corresponds to the legal limits.
