Sébastien Valentin, Chief Communications Officer of the AccorHotels group, tells us about the Grow Together operation

On November 22nd, October launched a large-scale operation called Grow Together, aimed at small businesses. 11 major groups – AccorHotels, The Adecco Group, Allianz France, Arkéa, Edenred, ENGIE, Iliad, JCDecaux, SUEZ, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Webhelp – have borrowed on the October loan platform to enable their ecosystems of very small and small businesses to access new sources of funding.

AccorHotels was the first major group to borrow on October, in live during the launch of the operation. 1,715 lenders participated in the financing of the project in less than an hour!

AccorHotels gathers 25 brands, which operates in 100 countries. In addition to managing more than 4,500 hotels, residences and other resorts, the company is also dedicated to the rental of private properties and coworking spaces and hotel-related services such as concierge services, event management and the implementation of digital solutions.

“The October service is a service we want to provide to our many partners, particularly because of the flexibility and the speed of the financing,” explains Sébastien Valentin, Chief Communications Officer of the AccorHotels group.
