Unibail – Rodamco – Westfield is the leading listed commercial real estate group in Europe. The group specializes in owning, developing and managing premier shopping centers, office buildings and convention centers. They build on their years of experience as a premier developer and operator of flagship real estate projects across the globe and differentiate themselves by their know-how and their drive to develop the best environmental and architectural urban planning projects.
The group’s history dates back to 1968 when Unibail was founded in France. The current combination, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield was established in 2018 after a merger between the European commercial real estate company Unibail-Rodamco and its Australian counterpart Westfield. With this merger the group is now active in real estate projects in both Europe and selected markets in the United States.
The group is present in 13 countries and has an assets portfolio of €43,1 billion on 31 December 2017. The headquarters are in Paris, where Cristophe Cuvillier is the head of the group, counting 2.012 employees. Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is listed on the CAC 40 index in Paris, the AEX 25 index in Amsterdam and the EuroSTOXX 50 index.

There is a big chance that you have visited one of their shopping centers across the world! They have projects in the same countries where October is active. Among others, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield operates ‘Carrousel du Louvre’ in Paris, ‘Parquesur’ in Madrid, ‘Stadshart’ in Amstelveen and develops ‘Westfield Milan’ in Milan.
On December 13th, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield will borrow €100.000 on October as part of Grow Together.
