Created in 1985, S G A INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SA, is active in the Document Management sector. The company, managed by Esteban Canalda Roig, has 21 employees and is based in Madrid.

Mr. Esteban Canalda Roig, managing director, has overall 30 years of professional experience in the sector.

The company’s main activities are:

• Document custody
• Electronic business content management
• Document scanning
• Data extraction

The company works with a diversified customer of more than 450 clients from the Banking, Insurance, Distribution or Health sectors.

Project Description

The company requests 500.000 € to finance the R&D programme for 2020 consisting of two main projects: Development of a software for detecting and eliminating blank images using vision models based on cognitive computing (246.000€) and Development of a Complex Document Categorization Software (254.000€). This project will be realised this quarter.

As a reminder, the October lending community supported SGA in November 2018 with 1. 300.000€ and in August 2019 with 320.000€ both for inhouse software developments.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 245.000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
