Project description

The Company requests 1 546 500 € over 60 months, with 6 months deferred period (see details below) to finance the acquisition of the ongoing concern of a pharmacy located in Bordeaux. The remaining will be financed with personnal contribution and bonds. This project will be realised in the next few months. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 757 780 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. At the moment Pharmacie Des Grands Hommes is mainly controlled by the investment funds of the 123IM group. Olivier Goy, founder of October and chairman of the management board, founded the 123IM group and managed the company until 2014. Since then Olivier is not operational in 123IM and has no impact on the investment funds’ management. We would like to remind you that October’s management, including Olivier, invest systematically and significantly in all projects presented on October, to align their interest with those of lenders.
