Project description
The company requests €140.000 over 48 months to open its eleventh crèche, located in Vincennes. It will be a 140 square metre micro-crèche that will open in November 2021 and employ 5 people. The crèche is ideally located, opposite a school and close to the metro. The funding will mainly be for the development work, which is estimated at which are estimated at 142 k€. This project will be realised in the coming months and the project description is based on the company’s input.
This project is an Instant Project. The French public investment bank (Bpifrance) provides a guarantee: the principal is guaranteed up to 60%, as part of their program to support SMEs business development projects. If the company goes into insolvency proceedings, Bpifrance will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company. The guarantee will not apply if the loan fails within 9 months after the financing.
