Presentation of the company

Created in 2013 Movilex Recycling Group S.L. is active in the collection of hazardous waste  sector. The company, based in Lobon, has 100 employees. From 2013 it is managed by Luis Garcia-Torremocha who has 15 years of experience in the industry.

Main activities:

• Integral management and recycling of electonic equipment waste. 
• Management of other metallic waste, both ferrous (steel and iron) and non-ferrous (aluminum and copper), mainly from metallic structures, urban furniture, industrial equipment, heavy machinery, etc.
• Decontamination and recycling of vehicles. 
• Extraction and recovery of Non-Ferrous Metals and Precious Metals contained in the electrical waste.

The borrower is a holding company whose revenues are derived from services invoiced to its subsidiaries. The financial analysis was carried out on consolidated financial statements, which reflect the group’s performance. The Group specializes in the integrated management and recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, mainly of a metallic nature. Its activity is developed under a system of collection, decontamination and recovery of waste, focused on controlled traceability.

Project description

The company requires €1,556,500 over 48 months, with deferred capital repayment of 3 months (see details below) with a final balloon payment of 15%, to finance the acquisition of a new, more powerful shredding machine to process 25 tonnes of waste per hour. This project will be realised in the coming months.

The loan will be amortised 85% over 47 months, with the final 15% to be paid in the last instalment. This principal repayment profile matches the borrower’s financing needs, while allowing lenders to earn a higher amount of interest.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 762 680 € which is in line with regulatory limits.
