Created in 2012, Maas en Kleiberg Subsidieadvies Rotterdam B. V. is active in the consultancy sector. The company, managed by Bastiaan Kleiberg and Willem Maas, has 14 employees and is based in Rotterdam. M&K Subsidieadvies helps innovative companies with their subsidy requests. These subsidies originate from various innovation and sustainable funds set up by the European Union.

Mr. Bastiaan Kleiberg and Willem Maas, managing directors, have overall 10 years of professional experience in the sector.

The company’s main activity is consultancy concerning subsidies for innovative and sustainable tech companies.

The company works with innovative companies and a large flexible network of subsidy advisors.

The company was an old fashioned consultancy firm but is currently succesfully making the move to an online platform linking companies with a subsidy request to the most relevant subsidy advisors.

Project Description

The company requests 200. 000 € to finance IT investments in their online platform and the recruitimentprocess of three new back-end developpers and a growth hacker. This project will be realised in the next few months.

As part of their future investment plan, the borrower may come back to the October platform within the coming quarter, up to a maximum exposure of 320000 €. Our analysis takes this into account; the rating of the borrower would not be affected, while the FCCR would become 1,14.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 98000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
