Today, Domaine de Drancourt is mainly controlled by investment funds of the 123IM group, which Olivier Goy (founder and chairman of October’s management board) created and managed until 2014. Olivier Goy is however no longer operational in 123IM and has no impact on fund management. In addition, we recall that October executives (including Olivier Goy) invest systematically and significantly in all projects presented on October in order to align their interests with those of lenders.

Domaine de Drancourt is a campsite located in the Somme in Estreboeuf, it is managed by Stéphane Cléach since 2011. Through its subsidiary, Stéphane Cléach owns another campsite since 2002:. Yukadi Villages Le Logis based in Charente Maritime. Both campsites employ a total of 25 people.

The company works with a diversified and international clientele in high season as well as a resident clientele throughout the year.

Project Description

The company requests 1 500 000 € to refinance the work related to the water park, sanitary block, roads, wifi installation, playgrounds and the redevelopment of the terrace.
