Created in 2008, Jade Boa is the restaurant and franchisee Ninkasi Sans Souci. The company, managed by Olivier Milesi, has 15 employees and is based in Lyon. The Ninkasi restaurant concept exists for 20 years. Ninkasi Sans souci is the first franchisee.

Mr. Olivier Milesi, managing director, has overall 15 years of professional experience in the sector. Previously, he was an employee in a Ninkasi restaurant for 2 years, then he created its own Ninkasi with the CEO of the group and became the first Ninkasi Franchisee.

The company’s main activities are:

• the artisanal manufacturing of beer; 
• high quality burgers; 
• music and danse events.

The company works with customers from the area.

The manager wants to create a second Ninkasi in the Lyon Olympic football stadium. The concept will be exactly the same.

Project Description

The company requests 210 000 € to finance opening costs and sudies of the new Ninkasi OL stadium restaurant. This project will be realised in the next few months.

This project is a Flexible Bridge Loan, an amortizable loan with a standard commitment for the first 9 months and the possibility of early repayment at no cost for the remainder of the loan term, even in the event of refinancing by other financial institutions.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 102 900€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
