Project description

The company requests 267 000 € over 60 months to finance new stock and renovations of two of their stores. The amount offered on the platform is limited to 130 820 € which is in line with the regulatory limits. The Dutch State provides a guarantee to this company: the outstanding capital is guaranteed up to 67.41% as part of their BMKB program to support SMEs. If the company cannot repay the loan, the Dutch State will partially reimburse the lenders on behalf of the company. Next to the state guarantee, the project benefits from a personal guarantee from the shareholder(s) / owner(s) of the company.
