Presentation of the company

Created in 2011, COGENLAB S.R.L. is active in the energy sector. The company, managed by Mirco Salari has 12 employees and is based in Bettona.

Mr. Mirco Salari, managing director, has overall 25 years of professional experience in the sector. Previously, he was managing director at Umbra Acque SpA (Acea Group) company.

The company’s main activities are:

• design and installation of energy plants;
• sale energy produced by energy plants managed internally.

The company works with more than 20 customers spread among Italy and active in different industry (mainly food production and hospital sector).

Project Description

The company requests 225.000 € with 6 months of deferred repayment to finance a new energy plant to be installed at a new customer. This project will be realised in the next few months.

At least 90% of the risk of this loan is covered by Italian State Guarantee via the Fondo di Garanzia PMI.

This project is part of a funding operation with a cumulative amount of €450,000. The additional amount is reserved to institutional investors of the October Italy Fund (read more). The overall average interest rate for the company is 4.66%.
