Bert Développement is the holding company of the group Bert created in 1964 and active in the transportation sector. The group, managed by Patrice Péricard, has 1460 employees and is based in Saint rambert d’albon (Drôme). Bert Développement is member of the Astre network (the leading group of transporters and logisticians in Europe).
Mr. Péricard, managing director, has overall 30 years of professional experience in the sector. Since 1992, he is associate and manager of the group Bert Development.
The group’s main activities are:
The company works with companies in different sectors : supermarkets, industry, food processing, gas, fashion.
In 2017 and 2018, the group acquires several companies including the group Bourrat, also specialized in the transportation sector.
The company requests 1 250 000 € to finance the buyout of a partner. This project will be realised in the next few months.
This project is a Flexible Bridge Loan, an amortizable loan with a standard commitment for the first 9 months and the possibility of early repayment at no cost for the remainder of the loan term, even in the event of refinancing by other financial institutions.
