Created in 2013, 2 Way Trading B. V is active in the IT sector. The company, managed by Roderik Venselaar, has 6 employees and is based in Zoetermeer.

Mr. Roderik Venselaar, managing director, has overall >10 years of professional experience in the sector.

The company’s main activities are:

  • Trading IT products Setting up of the logistics concerning the trade of the IT productsThe company works with B2B customers and distributors in mainland Europe.

The brothers Roderik and Arnoud Venselaar have more than a decade experience in trading IT related products, such as hardware, Apple products and others. The traders have an extensive network of clients in Europe and are able to react fast and adequate on demands in the European market. Delivery is quick and secured as the company has longstanding relationships with partners in the supply chain.

Project Description

The company requests 400.000 € to finance growth in transactions and make use of the trading opportunities arising in the market in the form of cash deals. This project will be realised in the next few months.

As a reminder, the October lending community supported 2 Way Trading B.V. in 2019 with 350.000 € to finance the growth of the company. The company is up to date with repayments.

As part of their future investment plan, the borrower may come back to the October platform within the coming quarter, up to a maximum exposure of 760.000 €. Our analysis takes this into account; the rating of the borrower would not be affected, while the FCCR would become 1.

The amount offered on the platform is limited to 196.000€, which is in line with the regulatory limits.
